Thanks for signing on for the launch project for The Peaceful Warrior!
I have attached the final schedule for the next two weeks. Please review and contact me with any questions or concerns.
Important Highlights:
If you are unable to make your shift, please contact me as soon as possible so I can attempt to find a replacement. 100% coverage is critical on this project.
Please make sure you sign in on the light blue Mosaic sheet at the Loss Prevention desk at the store entry. Also sign out on this sheet when you leave the store.
Wear a solid polo (Mosaic polo if you have one), khaki or black pants, closed toe comfortable shoes (no tennis shoes). Wear the Peaceful Warrior button while distributing vouchers.
When your shift is complete, it is important that you complete your call report on the day the work was performed prior to 10pm. If you have difficulty, please feel free to call or email me. If you are new to the program or need a refresher course on QRelay, here you go:
To complete your report in QRelay, go to http://www.mosaic.com/qrelay/default.htm
Follow this selection trail: MENU > Movies Special Projects – Universal > Store List
In the block under the header “Mosaic Store List”, you will click on the numbers in the block
This will open the call report. Enter the data required and hit “save”. Be especially careful to select the correct am/pm radius button for your times.

3/17: Exact Projects Update

Updated special projects information!!!!!
The Sony Location Free training has been postponed. No MONDAY training will be offered. IF you were on the Friday training call (my apologies as I hear it was handled poorly), please make sure you fill out the conference call report for your two hours. We will NOT do the in-store 60 minute blue-shirt training this week. More info to come later next week.
These are all flat-rate projects – you are paid for the total budgeted amount of time UNLESS the store has completed the task before your arrival. In that rare case, record only the time it takes to audit to make sure it is set correctly.
I have attached a copy of the Punchlist for general instruction in case any of your are unable to access.
Projects to be completed:
KODAK DPS Inkjet Printer Display (job aid to be loaded into News and Info on Monday) – 120 minutes – due by Friday 3/23. (program 4710, round 170)
CALL ME if you do not receive the materials in the store by Tuesday, 3/20
