Cincinnati District Compliance Scorecard Contest
Runs from 3/11 to 3/30
Prizes: Gas Cards!!
Mosaic Movie and Exact Specialists Will Work As a TEAM!
Specialists will earn one point for every correct answer.
A correct answer for a bonus question will equal 5 points.
Store feedback regarding strength of working relationship will earn between 15 and 0 points.
At the end of each visit, I will tally all earned points versus applicable points to determine the compliance percentage.
Tie-breaker will be made based on decimal extension.
The store team with the highest percentage of compliance will win the contest!
Score updates will be distributed during conference call every TUESDAY!
Prize distribution Monday April 16th – specialist must be actively employed to win.
If a specialist is serving as a Universal Rep – they are eligible for both the exact and movie prize!!
Hint: Take the scorecard and rate your own store this week. Make necessary corrections. Talk to your Exact or Movie partner about compliance challenges – work as a team. Make sure your store conversations are not limited to your Media Sup – build relationships with the GM and/or PPM!
